FAQs

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

We ship all of our packages via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail.  Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days and includes insurance and tracking.  First Class mail takes 2-5 days and does not include insurance or tracking.

WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

Please contact us if you do not receive your package within 7 business days from receipt of the shipping notification. We will contact the post office to find out where your package is. In the event that your package is lost in the mail and there is no tracking information that your order has been delivered, we will have to file a claim. Once the claim is filed, we can either make you another shirt or refund your money. Please allow us adequate time for checking with the post office.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A RESPONSE TO MY MESSAGE?

Please allow us adequate time to answer your message. We will do our best to answer you message within 24 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: Many of your questions can be answered by reading through these questions and answers or reading the information below the picture of the shirt. :-)

WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?

Our current volume is high and we are working as fast as we can! Please remember that all of our products are customized and made to order just for you. Please allow:

* Up to 21 business days during the months of September-October
* Up to 14 business days for the remaining months

This does not include shipping time. If you need your order by a certain date, contact us and we will see if we can make it happen. Please check our Turn Around Time & Shipping page for current turn around time.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE A SHIRT?

Yes! All of our designs can be customized. Each shirt page has the information needed to customize the shirt. Please be sure to include all of your customization instructions with your order. In the event that we do not receive your customization instructions, your order will be put on hold until we receive the needed information. As time permits, we will make an effort to contact you one time for the customization information. If we do not hear back from you within 5 business days, we will cancel your order and refund your money.

WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR DESIGNS?

A majority of the designs you find in our shop are created by us using a variety of graphic software programs. We do not sell any of our designs, so you can only get them from this website or in our Etsy Shop.

CAN I ONLY BUY THE TRANSFER?

Due to the complexity of a majority of our designs, we do not sell just the transfers. For the simpler designs, we do offer just the transfers and have videos to show you how to apply the design.

CAN I GET A MOCK UP OF THE SHIRT I ORDERED?

Due to our high volume, we cannot offer this for every order. We will only create a mock up if we are creating a brand new design for you that is currently not in our shop or if you are purchasing a group order.

CAN I RUSH MY ORDER?


This depends on our current volume. If you need your order by a certain date, please email us prior to ordering and we will see if we can make it happen for you.

WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?

Yes! You will receive a shipping notification to your email address on file. This means that your package has been queued for shipping and will ship in approximately 24 hours or the next business day if it falls on a weekend.
